We believe the recruiting process should never be driven by pressure or comparison.
Instead, we encourage athletes to focus on becoming the best version of themselves—both on and off the field. Strong academics, consistent skill development, leadership, character, and a positive attitude all play an important role in finding the right collegiate opportunity.
At Coastal, our coaches serve as mentors throughout the process by helping athletes:

Success means helping every athlete discover the path that's right for her.
For some athletes, that may mean competing at the NCAA Division I level. For others, it may be Division II, Division III, NAIA, junior college, or competitive club lacrosse.
